Special Finish :




Antibacterial Finish for Marchantex Buyer in Dyeing machine:

Fabrication : Polyester/Lycra Polyester                                                                                 M:L = 1:10


Polygiene AT300 (Antibacterial agent)= 0.5%
Feran ICE (Wicking Chemical for polyester fabric)=1%
Dosing Time : 10 Min
Temperature : 300C-400C
Run Time:30 Min

No drain out just unload the fabric from dyeing machine

Finish in stenter  No Chemical/Water


Antibacterial Finish for Toray Buyer in Finishing:

Fabrication: 60/70%Polyester35/25%Rayon or Viscose 5% Lycra-150GSM                     Color :AVG

Unload from dyeing machine

Dry at 1500C in Stenter With Water

Process for A.B Finish :

1st Padder :

Amolden NAZ(Antibacterial Chemical)=25 g/l                                         Pressure : 3 Bar
Chemical PH: 7       Solution PH:6/6.5

2nd Padder :

Binlon 3525(Hydrophilic Softener for synthetic fibre)=20g/l                     Pressure:2 Bar
Chemical PH:5          Solution PH:5.5/6


Machine speed=30M/Min(8Chamber DT=48Sec)
Temperature: 1200C
No Curing /Compecting

Some shade was ok after compacting . (Navy)

Tod Heat Chemical Finish

Stape 1:First Water Dry at 1400C/1500C
Stape 2:Second Chemical at 1000C
1st Padder :
Tod Heat 2/Heat =20 g/l (Heat for Cotton/CVC,Heat 2 for Polyester/PC)
Tod CTL=0.5/0.7 g/l
Padder pressure : 4 bar

2nd  Padder :
For 100% Polyester or PC Fabric
Binlon 3525(Hydrophilic Softener for Polyester) = 60 g/l
For 100% Cotton or CVC Fabric
Ruco Fin SIQ (Hydrophilic Softener for Cotton) = 60 g/l
Padder pressure : 2 bar

Stape 3:
Curing at 1500C, M/C Speed: 16 M/Min , Dual Time : 90 Sec (Number of Chamber 8)
No curing at Production stage . 

Experiment :
1st Padder :
Total Water 180 Litters
Tod Heat 2 = 3.5 Kg
Tod CTL (Cron linking agent)=1.5 Kg  




Cool Finish
Stape 1:First Water Dry at 1400C

Stape 2:Second Chemical at 1000C

1st Padder :

2nd  Padder :
Tox cool A =20 g/l
Tox Ru A=0.64 g/l

Stape 3:
Curing at 1300C, M/C Speed: 12 M/Min , Dual Time : 120 Sec (Number of Chamber 8)

Experiment :
For Polyester Fabric (Toray Int)
2nd Padder :
Total Water 80 Litters
Tox cool A  = 2 Kg
Tox Ru A     = 640 gm

In 901293/93 ( 21/11/2015)
Stape 1: Water dry.

Stape 2: Tox cool A=25 g/l
              Tox Cool Ru A=0.64 g/l

Tem:130'C , Machine speed: 22 M/Min ( Chamber Bruckner Machine) , No Curing 




Quick Dry Finish
Stape 1:First Water Dry at 1400C

Stape 2:Second Chemical at 1000C

1st Padder :

2nd  Padder :
Tod Dry C = 40 g/l

Stape 3:
Curing at 1500C, M/C Speed: 16 M/Min , Dual Time : 120 Sec (Number of Chamber 8)
