How to create a new Colorant set

1. Open the “Colorant Set List” window

2. Click on the mouse Left button Select New > Textile.

Name : Manually input (same as dyes class name Reactive/Dispers).

ID : Same as Name.

Dye process : Double click > Browse > Select.

Liquor ratio Or pickup :  Auto.

Substrate delivery : Double click > Browse > Select. (Fibre select)

Creating date : Auto.

Modification date : Auto.

Type :

Dye class :

Unit :

3. Than click Store.

4. Than click New.

 5. Again click New.

6. Than the new windows will be come

    Name: Color name.(Ranazol yellow RR)

    ID: Same as name.

    Dye class: Browse and select.(Reactive)

    Product suppler: Browse and select.(Dyester)

    Product type: Auto will be come.(Dyestuff)

    Price: Manually input.

    Invent unit:Pound.(lb)

7. Than click on Insert > Close.

8. Than the new windows will be come.

Product : Auto fill.

Level # : Auto adjust when concentration write and increase number of concentration.

Concentration : 0.1, 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 .

9.  Type of sample input : (Select ones)

           Measurements or From data base

Mark Measurements and new windows will be come.

10. Mark the Multi check box and than click on Spectrum Icon.

11. Than new windows will be come.

The 0.1 % Self shade insert with spectrum and click Measure.(Each sample measure 4 times)

Than click on Accept.

12. The 1 % Self shade insert with spectrum and click Measure.(Each sample measure 4 times)

Than click on Accept. Other shade input same way.

13. After input the all concentration look at the strength grape . If it is state click on Accept button           and resume the before windows.

14. Click the product (Remazol blue RR) go to properties and click on KS : absolute strength. And         than the grapes will be come strate.

15. Click on single than click on Store.

How to re-measure, delete or move calibration samples

 

16.  The calibration samples are ordered with ascending concentration automatically. The

      option ‘Move calibration sample’ will be used very seldom. The other options are more

      important.

Details of ‘ProductGridControl’

1. The complete column titles are displayed as tool tip when you move the mouse across the column       title.

2. If you open a Colorant set containing colorants not calibrated a message box is displayed once for       a few seconds when you open the colorant set the next time.

3. Click somewhere on the green fields of the Product control grid to get the context menu

    for all graphical options. Only some screens are shown below.
