Acetic Acid test

Make necessary solution :

Caustic soda solution :

4 mg Caustic soda (NaOH)  + 100 ml water (in 100 ml volumetric flax) for making 1 N NaOH solution.

Process :

1.      4mg NaOH will taken by Electrical balance.

2.      It keeps in funnel.

3.      Than funnel placed into volumetric flax.

4.      Than water will fall into the funnel. 

Acetic Acid Solution :

99 ml H₂O +1 ml CH₃-COOH will be taken in conical flax for making 1% Acetic acid solution.

Test process :

1.      4/5 Drops P.I will be added in acetic acid solution.

2.      Berate will be fill by 1N NaOH solution.

3.      Than titration will be start.

4.      Read the amount of NaOH solution. Example :- 19ml.
