All Fastness Problem & Solve in dyeing

All Fastness Problem & Solve :

Problem : Light Fastness not ok.

Solve :

    1.       5 to6 g/litter  Hydrogen per oxide will be used at Cotton Scouring.

    2.       2%-4% UV absorbing agent/Light fastness improver(Trade Name: Dyapol KUV, Supplier:             

          Yorkshire) will be added with leveling agent for cotton fabric, polyester fabric or Cotton Polyester 

          blended fabric.

Problem: Color fastness to wash, water, perspiration, Saliva not ok.

Solve:

   1.       Double reduction with Caustic & Hydrous = 2g/l& 2g/l.(90⁰ C X 20 Min) For Polyester fabric.

   2.       Double soaping with soda ash Soaping= 3g/l Soda ash= 1g/l(80⁰C X 20 Min) For Cotton fabric.

    Fixing 3-4 g/l.

   3.       For Cotton Polyester blended fabric    Normal Hot > P.Part dyeing > Cotton Scouring > Double 

         Reduction >N.wash>Acid wash(if need)> Enzyme(if need)>C.Part dyeing > Double soaping with      soda ash> Fixing 3-4 g/l.
