Ø  Subject : Testing fastness levels of dyed materials against perspiration / water / sea water.

Work Stapes

ü  Cut a sample 10 x 4 cm along length or width direction. Multifibre and sample are attached by the sewing.

ü  Sample and multifibre in great 3 water in room temperature for 15 minutes.

ü  Than it placed into glass plate and Squeezing extra water.

ü  Than test kids into incubator machine.

ü  Than M/C will be start.

ü  Unload the sample and wash them.

ü  Dry the sample in an incubator or by laying on a screen at a temperature not

            exceeding 60°C.

Assessment / Results and Interpretation

Test result :

Gradeing by grey scale or data color (Spectrum)

Grades :

5 – Very good

4 – Good

3 –Fair

2 –Modarote

1 –Poor

0 –Very poor

Grade 4 will be allowed but lower than are not allowed

Summary of Test Conditions – ISO and AATCC methods

ISO 105:E01	37 ± 20C for 4 hours under a pressure of 5 kg
AATCC 107	38 ± 20C for 18 hours under a pressure of 4.5 kg
